At Shorelight Technologies, our mission is simple: to provide next-level IT services to businesses, ministries, non-profits, and schools, so they can focus on their core missions instead of technology headaches. Our work is deeply rooted in faith. We approach every challenge with integrity and a desire to serve others as the hands of Jesus in the tech world. Guided by our belief in Jesus Christ, we strive to live out the truth of John 1:5: be the light that darkness cannot extinguish, and we operate with the excellence outlined in Colossians 3:23: everything we do is done for the Lord. Our standards for excellence are high because we believe our work is an extension of our faith.

Our Story
2015
Our Founder, Zac Croushore, began his IT career working for a small school district in Ellicott, Colorado while attending Charis Bible College. After graduating, he and his wife Kristi moved back to Pennsylvania where Zac joined a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that serviced multiple K-12 school districts. He started as an entry level tech and advanced to Lead Field Service Technician & Account Manager.
2020
Zac accepted a new role in the state of Indiana. Starting as an IT Engineer, he quickly climbed the ranks - becoming Project Manager, then Service Delivery Manager, while also taking on Account Manager responsibilities. Over the next few years, the company acquired another business in Tennessee, where Zac played a key role in the integration process. He traveled extensively to ensure the new office was successfully set up and operational. His efforts during the acquisition earned him the promotion to Director of Operations for the organization.
2022
Zac and Kristi returned to Pennsylvania, where Zac rejoined his first MSP as their Field Service Director. He contributed significantly to operational management, assisted with Account Management, and implemented numerous improvements.​​
2023
In July of 2023, Zac felt called to establish Shorelight Technologies, leveraging his years of experience and dedication to excellence in IT services. Just a few months later, Zac also began serving at a local church, continuing his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.​​
Today
Today, Shorelight Technologies proudly serves many organizations, including those in the manufacturing and non-profit industries. We are extremely excited to continue the journey and to provide next-level IT services to any and every organization that needs them.
