Built on Experience.
2015
Shorelight Technologies was founded on years of hands-on experience. Our Founder, Zac Croushore, began his IT career while attending Charis Bible College in Colorado, supporting a small school district before joining a Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving K–12 schools throughout the region.
Starting as an entry-level technician, Zac quickly discovered a passion for solving problems, serving people, and building long-term relationships through technology.
2020
Seeking new opportunities, Zac joined a growing MSP in Indiana as an IT Engineer. Over the next several years, he advanced into leadership roles including Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Director of Operations.
Along the way, he led complex infrastructure projects, supported business acquisitions, mentored technical teams, and gained experience serving organizations of every size—from small businesses to enterprise environments.
2022
Returning home to Pennsylvania, Zac accepted the role of Field Service Director with the MSP where his career had originally begun. There, he helped improve operations, strengthen client relationships, and continue developing the leadership principles that would later become the foundation of Shorelight Technologies.
2023
In July 2023, Shorelight Technologies was founded with a simple vision:
To help organizations build a technology foundation they can depend on.
Rather than simply reacting to technology problems, Shorelight was created to proactively strengthen IT environments through trusted partnerships, strategic guidance, and dependable support.
Later that year, Zac also began working in-house for a ministry, further reinforcing Shorelight’s commitment to serving others with integrity, humility, and excellence.
Today
Today, Shorelight Technologies proudly partners with businesses, churches, schools, nonprofits, and manufacturers throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
Our mission remains the same: to help organizations shore up their technology foundation so they can focus on serving their customers, communities, and mission with confidence.
