Shorelight Technologies Will Now Offer Free IT Consultation Services for Churches*
Shorelight Technologies is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, we are offering free technology consultation services to churches.* This initiative reflects our commitment to serve the local church with excellence, integrity, and the heart of Christ, while ensuring we can sustainably provide the level of support each ministry deserves.

Many churches struggle with technology decisions due to limited budgets, volunteer-based support, outdated equipment, or simply not knowing where to begin. Our mission has always been to empower organizations so they can focus on their calling, and we believe that access to trustworthy, high-level IT direction should never be out of reach for the ministries that serve our communities. For approved churches, Shorelight will act as a virtual IT Director, providing strategic planning, assessments, recommendations, and leadership-level guidance at no cost.

These free consultation services may include technology strategy, infrastructure evaluations, recommendations for improvements, budgeting assistance, and general direction on how to strengthen and streamline a church’s technology environment. The purpose of this offering is to provide clarity and confidence for pastors, administrators, boards, and media teams as they navigate important technology decisions. There is no financial obligation associated with receiving consultation, and this offering is extended indefinitely for approved churches as long as capacity allows.

It is important to note that these consultations do not include ongoing IT support, day-to-day troubleshooting, installations, onsite labor, cabling, or other hands-on services. If a church wishes for Shorelight to implement recommended upgrades or begin an ongoing support relationship, those services will remain billable, often at a discounted rate at our discretion. However, the consultation itself remains free and without obligation for approved churches.

Because we value excellence and want to maintain a healthy, sustainable pace that honors both our clients and our team, acceptance into this program is not automatic. Each church will be reviewed based on availability, capacity, and the scope of what is needed. This ensures we are able to serve well, without compromising the quality of care that churches deserve.

This initiative is rooted in our belief that the Church should have access to reliable and honest guidance that helps ministries operate with greater efficiency and confidence. Our desire is to lift the burden of technology confusion so leaders can remain focused on the mission God has placed before them. As Scripture encourages us, “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” (Colossians 3:23, NKJV), and “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8, NKJV).

This offering is being extended with no set end date, and if any adjustments are ever necessary in the future, we will communicate them clearly and with the same heart to serve.
